About Me
I'm a licensed Personal Support Specialist and Certified Residential Medication Aide based in Portland, Maine. With a deep commitment to dignity, independence, and comfort, I provide in-home care that treats every client like family.
I find deep fulfillment in knowing that my presence truly makes a difference. Providing compassionate, one-on-one care allows individuals to age with dignity and comfort in the place they feel safest, their own home. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. What I love most about my work is being able to bring comfort, companionship, and reassurance so that no one feels lonely or forgotten during their golden years.

Personal Care Assistance
Help with daily living activities tailored to each individual's needs.
What does this include?
Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, brushing teeth), dressing safely and appropriately, toileting and continence care, and mobility assistance, such as getting in and out of bed, rising from a chair, and walking.
Respite Care
Relief for family caregivers, giving them a well-deserved break.
What is respite care?
Respite care is when a professional caregiver temporarily steps in so a family caregiver can take a break, whether that's a few hours, a full day, or longer. It's a planned relief arrangement designed to give primary caregivers time to rest, run errands, or simply recharge, while their loved one continues to receive attentive care.

Meal Preparation
Nutritious, home-cooked meals prepared with care.

Planning meals around dietary needs and preferences, cooking fresh at home, and storing leftovers safely for later.
